How to get to Kiso, Nagano. Kiso is located in the southwestern part of Nagano Prefecture. It's easiest to get here by train; take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Nagano in 1hr25min; you can also take the train from Kanazawa and Nagoya.
